Hi, my name's Dominic (that's me on the left), and I have been a martial artist since I was seven years old.
I've trained and fought in various styles, predominantly Thai boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I've fought both domestically and internationally, I've won several championships (in recent years too) and I have learned so much from the vast majority of people that I have encountered over the years.
Having been an active fighter for many years, I always found myself bouncing up and down with my weight. The main reason is that I was very strict with my diet and training when I'd get ready for a fight or tournament, but afterwards -- or in my off time -- I simply loved to eat and drink everything and anything.
As I hit 30, I knew I couldn't compete forever, and only now did I start thinking about my weight, fitness, and the look of my body long term. I had to think of a way to enjoy eating lots of yummy food, cut down the intensity of a fighters workout, and still lose fat/ look good.
I've put together everything that I've learned to help my clients achieve the following goals:
