30 Day Body Transformation !!!

Have a holiday coming up that you want to look good for? A special occasion that you want to shed some weight before, or just generally want to kick start the new you fitness program? Whatever your motives, one thing I can do well, is see results in a very short space of time, and this is all based in a solid training regime and diet plan.
Ok, now before you get too excited, don't expect to look like a fitness model in 30 days. However, if you follow my personal training and diet plan to the 'T' then you should really start to see very real changes in not only how your body looks, but how it feels too.
This is something that I used to go through all of the time. As a fighter, you want to trim off as much body fat as you can, while improving fitness, strength, explosiveness, conditioning, health and stamina.
These are all things that most people look for in training too, fighter or not!!
The picture above is me on the first day of my training, getting ready for an up coming fight and weighing in at 86.3kg. I'd been enjoying some off time from competition a little too much and as such, put on some pounds :)
Bellow you can see pictures of the gradual change after I started training and most importantly DIETING.
